Mandate

The mandate was to modernize the college’s website through a complete redesign, creating a future-ready platform with a clean structure, lighter content, and enhanced functionalities to deliver an improved user experience.

Objectives

  • Enhance the user experience. Offer smooth and intuitive navigation with clear content and features tailored to the needs of different audiences (students, parents, teachers, etc.).
  • Modernize the visual identity. Adopt a contemporary design aligned with the Collège’s new image to reinforce its visual impact and online appeal.
  • Simplify content management. Implement a flexible system allowing the internal team to quickly and easily update content.
  • Improve media quality. Use high-quality photos and videos that authentically reflect life at the Collège and bring vibrancy to the website.
  • Strengthen employer branding. Create a dedicated careers section that highlights the work environment and attracts motivated, qualified candidates.
  • Translate prestige online. Extend the Collège Jean-Eudes reputation to the digital space with a strong, coherent, and distinctive online presence.

A Distinct Identity

The new site design was developed in line with the college’s updated brand identity. The visual approach features vibrant, varied colours, sharp overlapping shapes, and high-quality imagery.

This design meets the client’s need for a simple, intuitive navigation experience, presenting all necessary information without overwhelming users, while offering a visually engaging and enjoyable journey.

Creative Freedom

One of our key goals was to provide the college with maximum creative flexibility when building their pages. Each module was developed to be fully customizable, allowing the selection of any brand colour for backgrounds or overlays. Text colour can also be adjusted to ensure visual coherence for every module.

We created three distinct header templates, centralized within the CMS, giving staff the freedom to choose the most suitable hero layout for each page.

Unique Pages

The college wanted to design clearly differentiated pages for specific audiences, visually distinct from the rest of the site. Therefore, custom templates were developed for the Foundation, Alumni, and Parents’ Association pages, each featuring a unique header and an option to select an accent colour, replacing the college’s signature red, offering a truly distinct atmosphere.

A custom floating navigation bar was also created for these special pages. Positioned at the top of the screen, it includes space for a logo and a list of internal links, allowing visitors to navigate directly to each section with a single click.
