We spent a long time searching for our mission. We wanted to know desperately what we would accomplish in the long run, what our destination was. We searched for a long time only to realize that we didn't want a destination. For us, the essential thing is not to know what we'll do in 5 or 10 years, but how we'll do it. Our goal is not growth at all costs, but to ensure the well-being of our team and our clients.

We’re a team passionate about a 1001. The web is one of them, but there are still a 100- others. Over the years, we’ve discovered that what truly unites our team isn’t just building websites, but rather making our clients happy and creating impact. That’s what drives us, and that’s what gets us up every morning to do what we do.

Our culture in a book
It might sound strange, but TREIZE spent its first ten years without any defined values, mission, vision, purpose, employee handbook, or culture book. We were content with the growth we had, and that was fine, until 2020 brought a challenging period for everyone’s morale. A combination of factors, like COVID-19, an intense and relentless workload for too long, and most importantly, a lack of alignment within the team, took its toll.
That’s when we started seriously working on ourselves and trying to define who we were and who we wanted to become as a team. We began projecting into the future, questioning why we got up five mornings a week to build websites. That’s when we embarked on a quest for answers, taking numerous training courses, reading many books on the subject, and surrounding ourselves with key people who could support our growth. This document is the result of that journey. Like us, it will evolve. It’s meant to present our purpose, the values that stem from it, and the principles that allow us to apply it daily, with the goal of creating a shared foundation.
